Become a Seal of Approval Service Provider

The following is required to apply for service providers’ recognition.

  • Registration Form – Applicants must complete this form in its entirety and provide a list of the Seal of Approval certified equipment and chemicals used in normal day-to-day carpet cleaning operation.
  • Fees – Applicants will submit an annual fee of $100, payable to the Carpet and Rug Institute, at the time of application.
  • Participation Agreement – CRI encourages qualified service providers to display its Seal of Approval logo. To protect and ensure the proper use of the highly recognized program’s symbols and identities, approved service providers must agree to program guidelines as part of the application process. A company officer must execute the participation agreement with a signature.
